A pocket listing is a home that is not being advertised to the general public through the MLS or a listing that will come on the market in the future but right now is still a secret. Many homes in San Francisco sell while off the open market, so pocket listing culture is a big deal. Each week, we’ll be sharing info about pocket listings that we know of (most of them anyway- some have to remain completely confidential).
Information on pocket listings is sparse and secretive, so pardon us if we seem short on details for the purposes of our blog. If you are interested in learning more about a particular listing you can click HERE to contact us. Without further ado, here are this week’s pocket listings:

1. Marina: Two level flat with shared garden. 3 bedrooms, around 1,700 square feet. Will be listed around $1,465,000.
2. Marina: Exquisitely remodeled home, 3 bedrooms, around 2,500 square feet. Amazing location. List price to be determined but early indications are that it will be in the $3M range.
3. North Beach: 1BR condo with huge patio. Remodeled kitchen and bath. Unit is around 750-800 square feet and includes parking. $525,000 and will hit MLS in a week or less.
4. Pacific Heights: 2BR/2BA condo. Corner unit with nice details. Will hit market after July 4th. List price will be around $1,149,000.
5. Nob Hill: 3BR/2BA TIC units priced from $699,000 to $769,000. Parking available for purchase separately. Storage and completely remodeled.
6. NOPA: 3BR/2.5BA TIC, around 1,600 square feet, completely remodeled and restored in 1908 building.. Leased parking close by. $799,000.
