Welcome to Inside SF Real Estate – a local blog dedicated to bringing you real estate news, trends, stats, stories, and photography from around the City.  Who writes Inside SF Real Estate?  There are two “Editors” contributing to Inside SF Real Estate that both work in the industry.  The Editors are currently Realtors, but come to you with a long list of experience from having owned a successful real estate appraisal company. Much of the content on Inside SF Real Estate will involve local trends, market analysis, and appraiser-style commentary.  Because of our background in appraisal, our view of real estate is much different from the typical Realtor and we’re not afraid to voice it (we’re typically very conservative on real estate).  If you would like to know more about the main editor’s qualifications, click HERE or HERE.  It’s our job to help buyers and sellers make smart real estate decisions, so reach out if you’d like to work with us.

We have no connection to these listings unless we disclose to you that it is ours.  We share them with you because pocket listings are a big part of San Francisco’s activity, and to not know about them is to cut off a source of good opportunities. We will not (in most cases) share the addresses of the properties. If the description is something you or your client are interested in, you can CONTACT US and we’ll have the agent holding the pocket listing get in touch with you.

4. Granted this is only a blog, it does have a mission. Our mission is to provide you with market information, tips, trends, advice you might not normally hear, experiences, stories, dramas,  and scoops.
