A pocket listing is a home that is not being advertised to the general public through the MLS or a listing that will come on the market in the future but right now is still a secret. Many homes in San Francisco sell while off the open market, so pocket listing culture is a big deal. Every week, we’ll be sharing info about pocket listings that we know about. Information on pocket listings is sparse and secretive, so pardon us if we seem short on details for the purposes of our blog. 1. Sea Cliff near 25th Avenue and El Camino del Mar: 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath home with ~4,740 square feet, 2 car parking, yard, professional interior design, gourmet kitchen. Asking price: $4,500,000.
2. Duboce Triangle – Beaver Street near Castro: 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium to hit MLS in 2 weeks. Asking price is $879,000.
3. Alamo Square – Webster near Grove: Single family home, classic Victorian, remodeled, parking, deck, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Will hit MLS in April. Asking price will be around $975,000.
4. Bellaire Tower on Green Street – Mayor’s penthouse coming on soon. Price unknown at this point.
5. Sea Cliff near Sea View Terrace and 30th: New home coming on the market. Details unavailable at this point.
